3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for domestic orders under the following conditions:
· The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
· Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
· Only one exchange per order is permitted.
· Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
· Shipping costs for returning the item for exchange are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
4. How to Request an Exchange:

b. Provide your order number, details of the item to be exchanged, and reason for the exchange.
c. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the return address.
5. Refunds
a. Refunds are not offered for returned items, as we do not accept returns.
b. In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, arrange an exchange or issue store credit.
6. Non-Exchangeable Items
a. Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging/tags are not eligible for exchange.

7. Shipping Costs
a. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges
b. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns/exchanges. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
